Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Storepairing is a service operated by Foresight ehf., a company registered in Iceland (registration number 430226-1180, VAT number 160518). In these Terms, "we", "us", and "Storepairing" refer to Foresight ehf.

2. What Storepairing does

Storepairing connects online sellers with local pickup locations, so an online seller's customer can collect an order at a pickup location near them instead of waiting for home delivery. Online sellers integrate with our API to offer this option at checkout; pickup locations register to receive and hold shipments for collection.

3. Registration and eligibility

To use Storepairing as an online seller, a pickup location, or both, you must register an account and provide accurate information, including a legal contact person and a valid legal/business registration ID with a link to the official registry entry. We review every application, online seller and pickup location alike, before it goes live, and may request more information or decline an application. We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, misuses the service, or violates these Terms.

4. Fees and payment

Online sellers are charged a per-delivery fee, shown in the dashboard and capped at the amount displayed on our public pricing pages at the time of the delivery. Payments are processed through a licensed third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. Pickup locations are never charged and never paid a fee by us, there is no payout or settlement system between Storepairing and pickup locations.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API key confidential, for the accuracy of the information you provide (including your legal registration ID), and for complying with applicable law in how you use the service.

6. Limitation of liability

Storepairing is provided "as is". We connect online sellers, pickup locations, and their customers; we are not a party to the sale between an online seller and their customer, or to any dispute between an online seller and a pickup location. If a conflict or disagreement arises between users of the service, we will assist and help mediate where we reasonably can, but choosing to use the service, and to deal with another party found through it, remains each user's own choice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foresight ehf. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes, losses, or damages arising between users of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using Storepairing at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to an account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you when we do.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland.
